26 March, 2026 – Singapore will host the first flagship location of Glow Food, a new global food platform designed to bring the philosophy of nutrition, longevity and conscious living into everyday urban life.
Opening inside Longevity World, the wellness hub developed by Seveno Capital, the flagship will take the form of a social food hall, featuring six Glow Food franchise outlets under one roof. Each outlet will offer a different culinary style, united by a shared philosophy that positions food as a source of energy, clarity and balance.
Glow Food is a joint venture between longevity-focused investment firm Seveno Capital and Taiwanese culinary group YM Spring 陽明春天, a five-time Michelin Green Star recipient known for its pioneering work in pure vegan gastronomy. The concept has been developed through an international collaboration between longevity investors, culinary specialists and nutrition experts, combining traditional approaches to food with modern longevity science.
Setting out to revolutionise the fast food industry, Glow Food reflects a wider cultural moment in which the ideas of conscious eating, moderation, and food as a pathway to vitality are increasingly resonating with global audiences. Glow Food exists to make them accessible: fast-casual, social, affordable and integrated into daily life. Its menus are fully pure vegan, excluding meat, dairy, eggs, onion and garlic, designed not to imitate fast food, but to leave diners feeling light, energised and mentally clear.
The Singapore flagship marks the first physical expression of what the founders describe as plant-based eating 3.0 — a shift away from ideology or environmental guilt toward food as a personal, lived experience of longevity and wellbeing. This is supported by growing scientific understanding of the role nutrition plays in metabolic health, inflammation, recovery and long-term vitality.
Glow Food forms part of Seveno Capital founder Allen Law’s US$70 million investment into building a global longevity ecosystem. While Seveno’s portfolio spans medicine, movement, recovery and social connection, Glow Food represents the nutrition pillar, bringing nutritional science, longevity research and culinary expertise together at the table.
“Across many cultures, the connection between food, health and longevity has long been understood,” said Allen Law, Principal at Seveno Capital. “What’s different now is the desire to live these ideas every day — socially, practically and without compromise.”
Following Singapore, Glow Food plans to expand globally, positioning itself not just as a dining concept, but as a new category of longevity-focused food platform designed for modern urban life.
