1. Who we are

Seveno Capital ("Seveno", "we", "us") is an investment firm at 28F, Lee Garden Two, 28 Yun Ping Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. For this policy, Seveno Capital is the data user (controller) of the personal data described below. Questions and requests: impact@seveno.capital.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data in four ways.

• Pitch submissions. When you submit your pitch, we collect your company name, website, and HQ location; your name, job title, and email address; your funding stage, round size, amount raised to date, and traction; and any materials you upload or link, such as pitch decks and data room documents.

• Newsletter subscriptions. When you subscribe to Healthspan Signals, we collect your email address.

• Direct contact. When you email us or book a conversation, we collect your contact details and the content of your correspondence.

• Technical data. When you browse the Site, we and our analytics providers collect device, browser, approximate location, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use personal data

• To evaluate investment opportunities, including internal review, scoring, research, and diligence on submitted pitches.

• To respond to enquiries and manage relationships with founders, LPs, and partners.

• To send Healthspan Signals and other communications you have opted into. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

• To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and anti-money-laundering obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on consent (newsletter and non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (evaluating materials you send us, operating and securing the Site, relationship management), and legal obligation (regulatory and record-keeping duties). You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Who we share data with

• Service providers. Our website host, our form and workspace provider (pitch submissions are collected and processed via Notion), email delivery and newsletter platforms, and analytics providers, each under confidentiality and data-protection terms.

• Advisors and experts. Professional advisors and the domain experts and clinicians in our network who assist with diligence, under confidentiality obligations.

• Co-investors. Where relevant to a live evaluation and consistent with Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions, we may share pitch materials with potential co-investors.

• Authorities. Where required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6. International transfers

We operate from Hong Kong. Our service providers may store or process data in other jurisdictions, including the United States, Singapore, and the European Union. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers.

7. Retention

• Pitch submissions: retained while the opportunity is under consideration and thereafter for up to [7] years for record-keeping, conflict checks, and market mapping, unless you request earlier deletion.

• Newsletter data: retained until you unsubscribe, then suppressed.

• Correspondence: retained as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal requirements.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPO you may request access to and correction of your personal data. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may also request erasure, restriction, and portability, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. 9. Security

We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No system is perfectly secure; transmission is at your own risk.

10. Cookies
