By accessing seveno.capital (the "Site") or submitting materials to us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Informational purposes only

The Site provides general information about Seveno Capital. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, fund interest, or financial product in any jurisdiction, or investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Access does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship.

3. Intellectual property

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and the Healthspan Signals name and materials, is owned by or licensed to Seveno Capital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other reproduction requires our prior written consent. Third-party names and marks, including portfolio company marks, belong to their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including scraping at scale, attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or misrepresenting your identity in submissions.

5. Pitch submissions

This section matters. Read it before you submit.

• Voluntary and non-confidential. Submissions are voluntary. Unless we sign a separate written agreement with you, no confidential or fiduciary relationship is created by a submission, and we accept no obligation of confidentiality beyond the handling of personal data described in our Privacy Policy.

• You keep your IP. Submitting does not transfer ownership of your materials or ideas. You grant us a non-exclusive right to review, copy, and share your materials internally and with our advisors, experts, and potential co-investors for evaluation purposes.

• No obligation. We are under no obligation to review, respond, return materials, invest, or explain a pass.

• Independent development. We review many companies and may hold investments in, or later evaluate or back, companies that compete with yours. Submission gives you no claim arising from any similarity between your ideas and ventures we back or build.

• Your warranties. You confirm you have the right to share everything you submit and that it does not violate any third-party right or confidentiality obligation.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party sites and services, including our pitch form and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, and fitness for a particular purpose. Statistics and market data are sourced in good faith and carry their source class and year, but we do not guarantee them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seveno Capital and its partners, employees, advisors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising from use of the Site or any submission. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to HKD 1,000.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Seveno Capital against claims arising from your breach of these terms or from your submissions.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time by posting the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
